Additional Information: If you are planning to purchase more than one T-shirt please fill out the form per shirt. Additionally, we offer sizes 2x-4x. If you would like a larger size please request in the “additional comments” section. We are working with a local small business in Winston Salem, NC (Express Tees) to create these wonderful t-shirts. The turnaround time on the shirts will be around 7-14 business days.

Please Note: T-shirts that will be purchase from multiple students from the same chapter will be shipped to the chapter director’s address. Chapter Directors, please add your address in the “any additional comments” section.
